As a member of a popular gym for a few years, I noticed numerous
others discouraged with their fat loss exercise programs and eating
practices, exercising so hard and long but with almost no results
to show for it.
Several of my own friends and relatives would mention this new plan
or product they had just bought that was going to be the solution to
their weight loss or health goals.
They were so energized about it and couldn't wait to get started.
Then, some weeks later on, the same optimistic folks who were once so
pumped about their new plan to reduce fat and get a slimmer body
became out-and-out discouraged.
It was tough to watch.
They didn't know about
The Fat Burning Furnace.
I'd ask them how their weight loss plan was functioning and they'd
reveal to me that it seemed pretty good at first, but they didn't
get the improvement they were expecting or they felt were promised.
They quickly became weary of following the daily workouts and
discovered that following the harsh eating plans exasperating at
times.
So they switched over onto the next program.
Even worse, they became so irritated with following these fitness
gurus' routines, that they fell even further into harmful eating
routines once they stopped following the plan.
Binging became their only form of pleasure.
That's the wrong direction away from maximum fat burning.
What's worse is that these folks were following the typically
recommended exercise and fad diets that were all the rage.
They were attempting what everyone else was attempting to try to
take off fat fast.
After speaking with many of these friends and inquiring about their
exercise programs, I noticed one familiar theme that kept arising in
our discussions... they were concentrated on the short term... their
emphasis was wrong.
They weren't thinking of lifelong fitness and health, but instead they
were talking about losing fat and getting in shape for a wedding or
the "swimsuit season".
Furthermore, they were also doing their exercise in an ineffective
manner.
And then I observed this with many others at the fitness center I
worked out at.
They just seemed to be missing the enthusiasm or power in their
calorie burning workouts which I knew could turn their programs
from nothing to something literally overnight.
But you know, you can almost not fault them, and you absolutely
shouldn't blame yourself if you've fallen into the cycle of fad
exercise and diet programs.
We all aspire to get what we know in our hearts we're capable of so
badly, and that's why we're such easy victims of this "get fit quick"
frame of mind.
Most people are approaching health and fitness in the exact opposite
way that they should, and they're not going to burn fat because of it.
If you persist in thinking of using nutrition and exercise as ways to
burn off a couple of pounds, or get in shape for a wedding or for
summer, you're going to be disappointed with your outcome.
If you think of exercise, nutrition, and rest as separate things,
you're going to be disappointed with your fat burning and fitness
results.
If you think you must spend hours a week in the fitness center or
follow some strange unusual eating strategy, you're going to be
dissatisfied with your results.
What all of these other approaches do, is put you into the fat burning
and fitness cycle of uncertainty that so many are caught in today.
If instead, you opt to forget what you thought you knew, and start off
with the proper approach, the approach that concentrates on making
changes in your everyday life long term, you'll immediately improve
your results by an order of magnitude.
When your approach includes combining correct work outs that take very
little of your time, nutrition the way nature intended you to eat that
is easy to grasp and adhere to, and the rest and recovery that is
vital to lifelong vitality and energy,
you'll experience an awakening of both mind and body.
And you'll burn more fat, also.
If you follow the path most often followed by those looking to improve
themselves, you'll most likely end up like most of them.
Aggravated, depressed, burnt out, injured, sick, or worse.
Did I mention very unhappy with their fat burning progress too?
Instead, you can elect to adopt a lifestyle that includes brief,
progressive, and intense resistance exercise, eating a diet full
of nutrient loaded foods, drinking tons of water, and getting plenty
of quality relaxation and sleep.
But realize that when you do so, you'll be joining the select few who
comprehend that one of the true keys to life long fat burning and
health is not found in a fad diet or on the shelf of your local health
store.
