As with most of the stuff we do our lives, we rely heavily on our
vision or eyesight as the determining factor in whether or not we
believe something.
This is, sorry to say, the case in trying to burn fat also.
The old cliché is a picture is worth a thousand words, right?
Well, when we eyeball that photo of that buff guy or hot babe on the
cover of the newest fat loss or fitness book, something happens.
We get jazzed.
Maybe even really jazzed!
Sadly, this is something that many in the fitness industry are
preying on.
They know it and utilize it to their huge advantage.
The procedure is simple:
put a super-looking in-shape guy or a hot body girl on a product and
it will sell like hot cakes.
They don't even need to tell you that you'll get to look like that
girl or guy -- they already know that your subconscious will assume
it will happen.
When you're desperate to burn fat, this is a simple game for the
fitness industry to play.
Naturally, several weeks later if the plan doesn't work, you will
probably start to lose hope and start to understand that it's going
to be difficult to continue the unrealistic and overly strict
guidelines.
You've got a life, right?
Granted, you want to lose weight, but you've got a job or profession,
possibly a family, and other interests in life.
Now, a fat burning workout is great, but I know you don't need to
spend hours every day for the remainder of your life working out!
This all happened to me several times over when I was a young man.
I wasn't satisfied with my weight, wanted to lose weight, and was
searching for the most efficient way to get trim, strong, and healthy,
but while not devoting too much time at the gym, or having to stick
to bizarre diet plans for months.
After more than a decade of testing on myself, friends, relatives,
and strangers, I assembled some of the techniques that I discovered
to be most effective for burning fat and taking the least amount of
time, for myself and the others that I worked with.
Now, what led me to do this was an extraordinary amount of frustration
I know thousands of others are experiencing right now.
How so?
To answer that, I need you to recognize the psychological factors of
what we are faced with in the world of health and fitness.
If you would like, you can click right here to get to the bottom line
on how to turn your body into
a Fat Burning Furnace.
What do you call repeating the same thing over and again and looking
for a different result?
Insanity.
In some ways, the fitness industry is making you crazy in your quest
to burn fat and get a slim, strong, and healthy body.
Their claims are too good to be true and often they can't typically
deliver on them.
They are over-promising and under-delivering in many cases.
It's a big psychological game that the fitness industry is playing
with us, and it starts back in when we were kids.
When we were youngsters, we were all taught that we could do anything
we wanted to do when we grew up.
Your parents may have even told you that you can accomplish anything
you want if you believe in it firmly enough.
Mine sure did.
While this can offer immense inspiration in life's pursuits, it can
also be used against you by others, and without you knowing.
You are by and large a product of your genetic makeup.
Just as David Spade could never play in the NFL, a female? like
Rosie O'Donnell could never really model for Victoria's Secret.
The reality is that they can lose fat and get in the best shape
they've ever been in, but their genes determine much of what they end
up looking like when in that best shape.
But this isn't what the fitness industry will typically tell you --
they want you thinking that anyone can look like a genetic freak of
nature... if you just follow their recommendations, that is.
Please note that I am not telling you that you are doomed by your
genes... anyone can make amazing improvements in their physiques with
proper exercise and nutrition habits.
It's when we start comparing ourselves to the gals or guys in the
magazines that we get into trouble, and get lost in that vicious
circle of sensationalism and hype all too prevalent in fitness and
fat burning nowadays.
As I mentioned before, you've got other things to do.
You're a busy person.
We all are.
We live in a fast-paced society, the information age, where we have
so many things to do and so little time to complete them.
I don't know about you, but I notice myself trying to cram everything
I do into those few hours between waking up and going to bed.
It's not easy.
Then come along the exercise gurus telling you that to burn fat and
get in great shape you've got to work out every day or close to it.
You need to do aerobics to burn fat, several times a week.
You've got to lift weights several more days each week, so that you
are literally working out 5-6 days each week.
If you want it, you've got to do it, they say.
I'm telling you that nothing could be further from the truth!
Many of these programs also will tell you that you've got to follow
some crazy diet to burn fat.
That might include cutting all or most of your carbs, ingesting tons
of supplements or other magic weight loss potions.
On top of that, when the programs don't deliver, they'll tell you
that everyone is different and that you've got to figure out what
works for you.
Now, weren't they just telling you that their plan promises the body
in the commercial?
What they are doing is keeping you in that fitness insanity that I
described before.
They keep you doing the same thing (trying the next hot product or
workout and diet regimen) and promising the same super fat burning
results.
If it doesn't work, they recommend the next great thing.
And too many people go on to that next magic product or promise and
the fitness business uses this to their benefit!
Unfortunately the fitness industry, has become, in many ways, a cycle
of hype and sensationalism.
Sure, there are some conscientious trainers and pros out there, but
even some of them are being controlled by the fitness center owners,
magazine publishers, and supplement companies.
That's where the money is!
Even if they are attempting to help you, they can become inadvertent
victims to the system.
They advertise their products, plans, and diets by showing the cream
of the crop of the genetic gene pool.
Hey, if it worked for that guy or gal with the amazing body, it will
work for me.
I fell for it, as well, many times, until I did some intense research
and experimentation as I mentioned above.
Then one day I finally awakened and discovered for myself the secrets
and techniques that few people are aware of.
Secrets and techniques that will never dominate the fitness industry's
recommendations because they are unpopular with the people that
control the industry.
Why?
Because these principles won't sell lots of odd exercise gimmicks,
gadgets, or magical potions.
Fat Burning Furnace students are schooled in the proper application
of brief, progressive, and intense resistance training, eating a diet
full of nutrient rich foods, drinking lots of water, and getting lots
of quality sleep and rest.
But our subconscious mind is powerful, and you have to be careful.
Even today, I can get sucked into a compelling late night TV ad, even
though I know better.
So you've got to be aware.
If people would pay more attention to proved principles like those in
the Fat Burning Furnace program, and devote less time to the latest
"thigh slimmer" on the market, we'd all be healthier, leaner,
stronger, and happier for it.
And we'd also be burning a heck of a lot more fat in the process.
The world's most effective system for fast and permanent fat loss is
the "Fat Burning Furnace" process which helps people seeking to put
an end to restrictive fad diets, long boring cardio routines, and the
requirement for super-human self-discipline, permanently.
